RESPONSIBILITIES:
Engage with prospective members to provide information about our studio, membership options, and class offerings
Conduct tours of the facility and demonstrate the features and benefits of our services
Assist with the membership enrollment process, including account setup, processing payments, and scheduling classes
Follow up with leads and inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits to encourage membership sign-ups
Build relationships with current and prospective members to understand their fitness goals and provide personalized recommendations
Actively participate in our marketing and promotional efforts, contributing to outreach events, social media campaigns, and referral programs
Maintain a clean and organized studio environment to ensure a positive experience for members and guests
Introductions for leads with the coach on the floor
REQUIREMENTS:
Previous sales and/or customer service experience, preferably in a fitness or health-related industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Energetic and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for health and fitness
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
CPR and First Aid certifications
