RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead in team meetings and training sessions to expand your knowledge and skills

  • Contribute creative ideas to enhance the member experience and gym environment with corporate

  • Lead and manage our team of coaches to ensure the delivery of high-quality fitness programs and services

  • Bulk coaching of sessions

  • Provide personalized coaching and communication to members to help them achieve their fitness goals

  • Foster a positive and inclusive gym culture that promotes motivation, accountability, and camaraderie among members and staff

  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for member retention and growth

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized gym environment at all times

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Certification with one of the following: NASM-CPT, NSCA-CPT, NSCA-CSC, ACSM, Level 2 Crossfit and/or Exercise Science Degree

  • Passion for health, fitness, and helping others

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Enthusiastic and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

  • Leadership qualities and belief of extreme ownership

  • CPR and First Aid certifications
